Grace is a musician, author and presenter who founded The Self-Esteem Team(set) in 2013. Creating and facilitating mental health education with over 150,000+ people nationwide. To name a few, the team worked with students, librarians, bankers, the NHS, production companies and brands Dove, Nike and Always.

As an entertainer Grace can be found backing for ABBA on their latest gig Voyage and her novel; Friends Don't Tell, can be found in all good book stores. But, across her 15+ years in all these spaces, Grace hasn't been able to ignore that many aren't safe and nurturing for all,
It hasn't always been easy seeing first hand that the experiences I had during the 90's are still commonplace in the spaces I love today. Growing research into the link between serious mental health issues and racism along with neurodivergence hit close to home. It stopped making sense to focus on combating mental illness without combating some of the well documented causes.
So now, I'm striving to shift cultures and build nurturing communities that contribute to progress. Education is an important part of that but if we’re willing to go deeper the sky really is the limit.
